Great quality

I pre-ordered this product in early 2023 with an expected arrival date of late summer. I was hoping to give it to my wife in late 2023 as a birthday gift. As months went on I began trying to contact the company for updates, but would get either no response or a robot chat reply which was never helpful. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of updates as well as the lack of response to my inquiries. I spent money on a product with an estimated arrival date, and didn’t get the product for almost a year and a half. There was never any compensation for the delay and I didn’t feel as though the couples of times I got in contact with a real support person that they were very empathetic. I adored this company, but won’t be giving them my business anymore after this experience.

If I'm right, In reality, Master Yale Gracey (who I had the honor to work with) was one of the original Imagineers for Walt and was instrumental in designing many of the special effects in The Haunted Mansion and other attractions.
